IDIOT Abroad star Karl Pilkington makes his Bollywood movie debut alongside pal Warwick Davis – in a blue string vest.

Harry Potter actor Warwick also lucked out in the costume stakes, getting landed with a lairy neon shirt. Another scene saw the pair in more formal get-ups, with Karl attempting to rock a Seventies-style look of beige shirt and tie.The mates landed cameos in the film called Chingari while visiting Mumbai as part of their new Sky1 travel series, called The Short Way Round, set to air in December.

Chingari’s producer Shrey Shrivastav said of Warwick’s performance: “He received a standing ovation from the crew.”

He did not mention how Karl’s acting went down…
